Product Manager (Fintech)

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a
minimum of 2 years in the fintech, financial services, or a related highly-
regulated industry.
 Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products such as
stocks, mutual funds, and/or cryptocurrencies. Knowledge of market
dynamics and investment principles is essential.
 Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development processes (e.g.,
Agile/Scrum) and a working knowledge of technology stacks.
 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks.
 Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to articulate a clear product vision to diverse audiences.
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer
Science, or a related field.
