Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT technical support experience, preferably in an
enterprise or data center environment.
Strong knowledge of server and PC hardware architecture.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
Familiar with tools such as IPMI/iDRAC/iLO, imaging tools, and IT asset
management systems.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines.
