Assessment of required materials, time and labour with their respective
costs.
 Good knowledge and understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
 Coordination with Project Management team.
 Analyse executed work and arranging for payments.
 Regular updates and reports to the concerned authorities.
 Assess and improvise projects progress.
 Provide relevant suggestions and advise.
 Ensure customer/client satisfaction.
 Estimation and billing.
 Provide valuable utilization reports with financial implications.
