1. Calibrate, Maintain and Repair mechanical systems like
Dimension, Pressure Gauges, Pressure
Transmitter, Pressure Switch, Temperature Gauge,
Temperature Transmitter, Differential
Pressure Gauge etc.
2. Dismantle, Install, Calibrate, and troubleshoot
instrumentation such as Pressure Gauges, Pressure
Transmitter, Pressure Switch, Temperature Gauge,
Temperature Transmitter, Differential
Pressure Gauge, Valve etc.
3. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry
standards.
5. Collaborate with engineering teams for system
optimizations and repairs.
6. Able to refill the Glycerin in Pressure Gauge and able to
adjust the gauges as required.
7. Prepare the results sheets and maintain the records.
8. Tagging & cable tie needs to be done after calibration
and maintenance done.
