field.
Approx. 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 3
years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring large QA teams.
Demonstrated expertise in test automation, including designing and
implementing automation frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage
client relationships effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving
processes and product quality.
Experience with a variety of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium,
Playwright, Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum).
