- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of accounts and finance-driven business operations.
- Candidates with experience in financial services, accounting firms, trading companies, or professional service industries will be preferred.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with good command of English (spoken and written).
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in preparing business proposals, coordinating with accounts teams, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market and client handling will be an added advantage.
- Junior-level professionals with strong business acumen and a growth mindset may also be considered.
