- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Executive.
- Experience managing business, brand, or corporate social media accounts (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Ability to plan content calendars, create captions, hashtags, and post schedules.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns, basic analytics, and performance reporting.
- Creative mindset with good command over visual trends, reels, and short-form content.
- Good communication skills, English proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Junior Social Media Managers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
