- Responsible for creating, producing, and testing letter templates and related D365 CRM variables.
- Template Development: Use Document Core Pack software to design and build letter templates for Members and Providers.
- Customization & Mail Merge: Incorporate dynamic data placeholders, formatting, and mail merge customizations to personalize templates.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to ensure letters are accurate, complete, and compliant.

- Microsoft Word Templates
- MSCRM-addons Document Core Pack (DCP)
- D365 CRM letter templates/variables

Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in application software testing.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and business design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
