Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or desktop support roles.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/macOS environments and mobile devices.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi), DNS, IP configuration, VPNs, etc.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ownership mindset.

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g. Apps Script, Bash, etc.).
- Exposure to API-based systems or internal tool integrations.
