- Assist in supervising and executing interior fit-out works at project sites as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and in-house design teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is progressing as per schedule, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Assist in preparing daily site reports, labor reports, and other documentation required by the management.
- Verify materials delivered at site with respect to approved specifications and quantity.
- Attend client/site meetings with senior engineers or project managers.
- Support in resolving any site-related issues and reporting deviations or challenges to supervisors.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Requirements:
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced commercial interiors environment.
- Good understanding of civil and interior works, materials, measurements, and construction techniques.
- Basic knowledge of email writing and operating a computer.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to travel to various site locations.
