- Proficiency in requirements gathering, translating customer needs and business drivers into Epics, Features and User Stories
- Strong communication skills adaptable to both technical and business contexts
- Motivated individual comfortable in remote team settings, with a proactive learning attitude
- Ability to self-resolve work-related challenges with minimal direction
- UI/UX Design using wireframes
- Technical Process designs utilising modelling techniques
- Deep understanding of agile principles with prior experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in Agile environments
- Experience working in environments with multiple integrated applications across multiple teams

Additional Experience:
- Experience with UI design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq or Draw.io
- Understanding of data storage, display, validation, and transmission
- Familiarity with agile workflow tools such as DevOps or JIRA
