- Proven experience as a Telecaller or Call Center Agent handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Experience in handling customer queries, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good listening skills with a polite and professional phone manner.
- Ability to maintain call records, customer data, and follow-up reports.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Male candidates preferred (as per organizational requirement).
- Junior Telecallers with relevant exposure may also be considered.
