Civil Site Supervisors/Civil Engineers/Civil and MEP Estimators

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
and company policies.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to
  facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications
  and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement
  corrective actions.
• Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, including labor and
  materials.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress
  photographs, and incident reports.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes and
  regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site,
  addressing any concerns promptly.
• Assist in resolving conflicts and challenges that arise during the project
  lifecycle.
