- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, locations, and regulations.
- Experience in property leasing, sales, and client handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Candidates with a proven sales track record will be preferred.
