- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Sales / Customer Service (version 9.2 or later)

Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in configuring and customizing the D365 CRM user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
- Problem-solving and strategic advisory skills: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Hands-on experience in customizing forms, views, dashboards, and navigation to enhance usability and align with user needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective D365 CRM configurations.
