- A dedicated ambassador for Verint best practices within the organization is crucial for ensuring a long-term and sustainable solution. The Verint Implementation Specialist will collaborate with the wider team to develop a thorough understanding of Verint products and methodologies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for any technical or behavioural challenges related to Verint WFO.
- Training new users on Verint WFO and guiding them through their outputs.
- Ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures for setup, implementation, operationalization, and business handover as needed.
- Managing externally escalated Verint WFO-related issues.
- Assisting in defining, documenting, and standardizing process times for various procedures.
- Upholding Verint WFO best practices, including management behaviours, frameworks, and software utilization.
- Conducting system setup and audits.
- Supporting further rollouts.
