- Must have a Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Privacy and shall be able to manage Data Privacy charter, perform DPIA from scratch, able to create, review Privacy policies, Processes, SoPs, RoPA, etc.
- Able to manage the sustenance of GRC standards such as ISO27001, BCMS 22301 standards, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc.
- Having Good knowledge to conduct vendor/third-party risk assessments, Business Impact Assessments (BIA), etc.
- Knowledge of Policy & Process related to ISMS.
- Experience in internal audits like DB audit, Change Management audit etc.
- Knowledge of implementation of Privacy tools like One Trust, Trust Arc etc.
- Experience in reviewing and providing comments in MSAs and DPAs.
- A self-starter and an independent contributor.
- Minimum Tenure for the engagement: 6 months initially, extended up to a year and more.
- On-site at ADL Office with no exclusions, preferably within Gurgaon and other nearby areas.
