- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to design scalable and secure backend solutions.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Other:
- Knowledge of financial technologies or a background in fintech is a plus.
