- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company SOPs.
- Experience in auto parts or spare parts warehouses will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle ERP / inventory management systems efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai preferred.
